We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Closed-toe shoes are also required for safety reasons.
There is parking outside for a few cars on Strathalbyn Road outside Arty Hen Studio or in the Aldgate pub carpark and also over the road in the Foodland shopping area.
I will provide a permission form for photography during the sessions. If you are not wanting to have photos taken please state this on your permission form and no photos will be taken of yourself or your child.
No, I do not have a toilet in the studio so I ask that all students go before thier studio time at home. If this is not a possibility recently renovated public toilets are available in the carpark opposite Freds Eatery or the toilet in my lovely neighbouring cafe, Dirty Doris can be available before classes. In the event of an emergency need for the toilet I will be asking parents to sign a disclaimer stating they are happy for their chid to visit the Dirty Doris Cafe next door but this will need to be done independently by the student as my duty of care is with those student's within the studio premises. Thank you for your understanding.
Absolutely not! We are all learning throughout my studio sessions and the focus is on new skills, techniques and having fun! Its amazing what I learn from my students which is what makes it so rewarding. Just bring your lovely selves and a positive attitude for learning.
No refunds will be given. But if 24 hours notice is given for absences 1 make up session per student per term will be provided in Week 10 of each school term.
Would you like to book a term of classes for your child? Send us a message and I will get back to you soon! Please include the the age of your child and the studio time you would like to attend. Thank you.
